Dunkin'

I will not be going back to this Dunkin’ location. I am a customer that used to go every morning and unfortunately the last month the whole place has gone downhill. The staff is not pleasant and my food is always burnt. I gave them another try this morning and this is what my food looks like (the photos don't do it justice on how burnt it is). Never again!

Very unprofessional staff. Every time I come here (evening), I have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before one of the employees working even realizes I'm there. They are all too busy shouting at each other, taking personal phone calls, and just overall being too distracted with each other to be able to do what they are being paid to do. I try not to jump to conclusions based off of one instance but this happens every single time I come to this location. The employees at the gas station seem extremely fed up with the noise too, and I can only imagine considering they have to listen to it for hours on end.

Almost every time i go here they mess up my coffee. I asked for caramel in my coffee and they added pumpkin spice to it also or they havnt cleaned anything so i got some stale flavoring or somthing. This dunks only has very few employees that can make a good coffee. Not happy with this place this morning. Its not hard to make a coffee...

I was there today and there was a woman in front of me who didn’t speak English very well. She was complaining because what she ordered wasn’t what she thought it was. The woman asked them to remake the coffees and at this point the staff was obviously irritated. I’ve worked in the service industry for years, so I know how it feels to be stressed out about being stuck on one customer when you have another 10 people in line. However, they were blatantly rude to the woman after they remade the coffee because when they had asked if she wanted 2, she said no. But she did want 2 and was confused when the people gave her only 1. I understand this being very frustrating for the staff. However, the employees response to this was “well you said you didn’t want two when I asked you soooo”. This was inappropriate and made my mother very uncomfortable.
