Wendy's

While going through drive-thru I was told to pull up by the door, as the fries weren't ready. About 10 minutes pass, I see 5 cars pick up their food and go and I decide to go inside. They seemed confused as to why I was inside and I state you guys told me to pull up to the door, and they are oh your order is still not ready (my order was given to someone else) and I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the food.

Biggest issue is how long the wait has been, I've gone twice recently grabbing food on the way home for my roommate since he knows I go passed here on Saturday evenings and spend over 20 minutes in the drive thru and with dining room having been closed both times it's the only option. I've actually asked my roommate to choose a different place because I don't like my 20 minute drive home becoming a 40 minute endeavor. Food quality been good though, minor error that they fixed fast with order last time, thankfully was my burger that I checked as I'm the picky eater.

I go to this wendys alot and I wish I didnt!!! Everytime I order from this location my bacon for my baconator is still raw as in not even cooked!! So I can't even eat my burger also when ppl ask for sauce for there nuggets ur suppose to give them to them. But no instead this location never gives u sauce. I hate plain food so I expect sauce when I ask for it!! Never eating from this location again. I will drive to Manchesters because they never mess up my order
