Subway

Their App wasn't working to process payment. I called to get my order in and pay over the phone if necessary because I was driving 30 minutes to get there, pick up lunch and get to my husband for his 30 minutes lunch break. I'll call her "the girl" puts me on hold. So I stay on hold the entire 30 drive, simply outta curiosity of the result of this absurd amount of time "the girl"left me on hold. Finally and unsurprisingly, as I'm exiting on the off ramp, probably 400 yards from said Londonderry Subway; the line is taken off hold, I hear it placed to someone's ear, I say hello, then click, the line went dead. SUBWAY EMPLOYEE HUNG UP ON ME. UNBELIEVABLE! I've never been again.

Really good quality food, however, 2 star rating for not having enough staff and are always slow. Also, when I called to order take out while I was at work, no one answered the phone. I was not happy about that what so ever. Those are the only two major complaints I have about this Subway. Otherwise, they do good making sandwiches.

When my family and I arrived to order sandwiches, the guy behind the counter put his mask on, and with the same bare hands, placed the paper down on the counter for my sandwich. He then put his gloves on and scratched his scalp, adjusted his hat and continued to make my sandwich. This is one of the many reasons I do not condone the wearing of masks, people think nothing of touching that petrie dish of a cloth, before doing things... including touching my food. As we sat eating, I observed the female employee also touch her mask with her gloved hands while making another customer's sandwich.
