Excellent food, outstanding experience, comfortable environment. This is by far my new favorite breakfast spot. The portions are sizable, and everything is fresh and prepared to perfection. The service is super friendly as well! Couldn't be happier with my experiences here.
Janie's might be my new favorite breakfast spot. Their food is delicious and I definitely suggest checking out the specials. There's plenty of inherently vegetarian breakfast items (didn't check the lunch menu) and it's easy enough to customize something to make it vegetarian, should you wish.
Diner experience at its finest. Good breakfast food - absolutely great variety, fast service once seated, and pleasant staff. I will definitely be back!

The reason why this is 4 stars and not 5 is because the first time we went there we were greeted by the owner, it was a Sunday, the staff and the food was amazing, but the second time not so much. Second time we went there was a weekday, a Thursday, it wasn't very busy. We asked the waitress if we could sit without our third guest because we wanted a coffee and wanted to talk and he was only 10 minutes away. The hostess at first said no, so then I looked we looked at each other like "ok........" I think she could tell we didn't like it then sat us. If this was a busy weekend I would've never asked, I've worked at restaurants I know. There were a plethora of empty tables and our third person arrived maybe 8 minutes after we sat, if that. Other than that, their specials are my favorite. Always something interesting. I found them around thanksgiving time and the turkey plates were bomb!! The bread is the best bread around for breakfast places and the food is always very fresh and tasty. Always top choice for breakfast in the area.
