$37 for two sandwiches and a coke. Food was good, but given the price and having to wait 25 min for the order, I wouldn't go back. Salad bar with iceberg lettuce would have been $9.99, same for a cheesecurd appetizer. The daily Express Lunch is not actually served on weekends. They charge a fee for using a debit card. Nothing on the table, so we had to ask for even silverware and napkins. Menu was very small in general. Very nice inside with cool looking resin tables, very clean, fresh flowers, outdoor area is clearly well maintained. Just overall could get the same meal for less at tons of other places.

In the 2.5 years we moved to the area the decline at Fitz’s is terrible! Went last night and the food was horrible. The Calamari was over fried and looked like it was the bottom of the bag lots of fried crumbs. My chicken dinner was so over fried I returned it and didn’t order anything else because it took so long to get it the first time. The past three times we have gone there it’s been terrible. They also charge you for using a credit card to pay without even disclosing it to you until you see it on the bill. The prices of the food are high enough to cover credit card fees!! It’s a shame because the view is beautiful. Unfortunately another place that has gone down the tubes! I use to be a waitress and I would never have served the food the cook set out for me unless it looked good. Bye Fitz’s!!

Fitz’s is awesome! We were a bit nervous to go here with our extended family after the recent reviews, however we had an excellent experience. Great service, food was outstanding and overall would highly recommend. While the food is more expensive, the portions are huge! For the amount of food you get, it’s more than reasonable.

I’m not sure what these recent, negative reviews are about! I’ve been to Fitz’s several times in the last few years, and it was and continues to be great. Sure you could get similar food for a bit cheaper elsewhere, but do those places have lakeside patios? Nope! Good food & service and great ambiance!

We have loved going to Fitz's for so many years but have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the food and services lately. I ordered the special of the evening- "Taco Thursday"- and it was honestly one of the worst meals I've ever been served at a restaurant. The taco consisted of watery unflavored chicken and iceberg lettuce topped with a drizzle of sour cream. I could barely gag them down. Our server never came back to the table to ask us how the food was, so I never got the opportunity to ask for salsa or something that would make them a little more tolerable. I really hope that the food quality and services improve because we used to love it at Fitz's and now we won't be going back anytime soon unfortunately.
