A & W All-american Food

Hooped off the highway to grab a bite to eat. Had the buy one get one Coney cheese dog, large fry and a A&W root beer float. I was given a number and told to have a seat but when my order was ready I was told I had to go up to the counter to get my food. Coney cheese dog was good, french fries were nice and crispy and the root beer float hit the spot for a sweet treat.

Way under staffed for a holiday weekend!! Took 45 minutes to get a simple order of 2 chilli cheese Dogs and 5pc corn dog nuggets and cheese curds! We are not the only customers that had to wait 30 to 45 minutes! This is SAD! Drive thru gets better attention than walk in dine in guest. As a society we need to change this back to good customer quick service!

Waited over 25 minutes for my order, this is after the cashier insisted on making my shakes right away, by the time I got home the shakes were melted from being made so soon before the food was ready. Employees move incredibly slow when they are busy and do a lot of socializing instead of concentrating on making food. When I got home my order was wrong, fortunately I live close by, but still it was qn extra trip I had to make after waiting so long

After having my order taken by multiple girls because the one didn't know how to use the cash register I waited for 35 minutes for them to give my order away to another family and had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. AT this point the fries were old because there's no warmer on the fries so they were hard and my chicken was cold because it waited for 45 minutes without a warmer. I was not offered a refund or any discounts at all and the manager was informed about the issue by the girls working behind the counter but never proceeded to come over and say anything about my order problem. I also watched all the kids behind the counter eat a bunch of french fries and few chicken strips while I was still waiting for food. Worst experience i have ever had.

After a very long day we stopped on our way through to pick up a bite to eat. Burgers and chicken was good but the fries were ice cold and soggy. We had already waited so long, we did not want to wait longer. Then I watched the person make my strawberry shake, I was appalled, the person put a couple of ounces of water out of the faucet in the cup, then put 2 tiny ladle scoops of strawberry in to the cup, added the ice cream which I did not see. Went to the machine to mix it all up. He gave me my shake, I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. I tried the shake, it tasted like watered down ice cream, no strawberry flavor. I can't believe you charge what you do and can't give me what I paid for. Stay away from this store, it was horrible! We won't be back!!
