Burger King

I feel sorry for the ones that rate this place as a 5 star seems employees are boosting the ratings. Have lived here since 2008 and this has become the absolute worse place in town. The staff there usually cant be bothered to even take your order until they finish what they're doing at that moment on their phones. Half of them can't make change because their nails are so long they can't get the change out of the drawer. They have had a "broken" shake machine after 1:00 p.m. for over 2 years now, the food 70% of the time is cold, or greasy as all get out .. (I guess the greasy days are the good ones at least the food is warmer) .. assuming you even get your correct order, and tonight they've even hit a new low... now after 8:00pm they're out of burgers. I know I won't be back there. There is another one 2 exits up that does great the franchisee there at least cares enough to make sure he can turn a profit. The owner of this store obviously has made enough that they just don't care if the place gets run straight into the ground. Really kinda sad .. I've even called the corporate number in the past to complain and they say they have no control over franchise stores.. Was always such a good place when they thought they were competing with other companies but obviously that has been dropped to the wayside.

This location has only been open for 4 norms and they are already the worst location in this city. The managers are extremely rude especially the woman with the short orange or red hair. She took a customer’s wrong order and tossed it across the way to the trash and said she is getting aggravated and walked to the back. That is very unprofessional and she should be fired. Everyone’s order was incorrect, I never even received my order and had to request a refund after waiting 35 minutes in the lobby. This location already needs to start over again with a whole new crew. It’s always slow here!

We were traveling through from South ga and decided to stop by for a quick bite. We went in right before closing but didn't know it at the time. The first thing I noticed was how clean and new the place looks. This is definitely the best BK I've ever been in. Our service was very quick but not rushed. Our cashier was very nice and patient. We were a party of six, used coupons, and honestly our orders were unintentionally a bit complicated. Our order came out quick and everything was correct. As soon as we left the door was locked behind us and the lights were turned off. We did not mean to keep the employees waiting on us (sorry, we're not locals!) but not once did they rush us to get out.
