We went ordered our food and waited and waited for over 45 mins. My friend paid for the meal so I just her handle the situation. However, her daughter went to the counter with the receipt and found out to our dismay that the ball was dropped and our orders was not even on the board to be made. He said thr cashier or expediter did send the ticket to for the food was to be made. After a lengthy wait the food was OK not fresh and hot. Really Zaxby! The manager kept the receipt or I would have called in a formal complaint. I actually don't live in the area but come to Locust Grove to visit. At this point of time I don't I will ever come back to this location again. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked my did she or daughter leave a name to be called and she replied yes. She on term replied back and oh well it going to be hot and fresh maybe 😅 everything is being cooked to order. She and daughter was visiting from Memphis and I took them to Tanger and afterwards we can there for lunch. This was a big mistake! I personally work in fast food while in college so I know things happen. However, come on guys and really. To get the order mixed with up or one meal or item not right can be a common mistake. Again though the food not even on the board/ line to be made is totally unacceptable! I am hopeful I will hear back from corporate in a timely manner and the manager coachs the person that dropped the ball and this never happens to another customer. Dear owner, I informed you in the above text your manager took the receipt. Thus is no way for me to give you the information you are asking for because that info is reflected on the receipt. My question to you is " Your response seems like a ploy to say you reached back out to me smh, however it was for your benefit there was never an offer to Replace the meal or any kind of concession to make up for horrific experience we suffered at the hands of your employees." Do you really care about the poor customer-service we received. If so please feel free to reply back with a offer to offset my experience. Thanking you in advance

I disliked it not the best not here lately. My order wasn't ready when I got to the drive thru window; so I had to pull forward and wait for about 45 mins. b4 I even got my food. So disappointed. I ordered a chicken finger plate. The chicken was over cooked and reminded me of a kids meal of how small the tenders were. The fries and bread were cold. Spent $11 on what for what! Smh probably want be going back.

The parking lot is almost at full capacity, both the drive thru and walk in lines are long, and the wait times are challenging, but the food is good and the restaurant is clean. Pictured below is the Cobb Salad, my daughter purchased today.

I used to love Zaxbys. Needless to say this location ruined it for me. Line is always long and order takes forever either you go in or drive thru. Chicken are painfully small, fries are terribly salty and the amount of sauce out inside the kicking chicken sandwich is quasi non existent. And don't get me started on the ish load of ice that comes with the drinks

Only reason I gave a two star is bc the food is okay. Service is AWFUL. If you go to this zaxbys at a busy time, you will wait at least an hour for your food. Hell it is taking 20+ minutes to get my food right now and there is no line. Y’all gotta figure this thing out. Go take notes from the new chick fil a up then road.

I ordered 2 Cobb Zalads, a Kiddie Finger meal and a Kiddie Cheese meal. Surprisingly, everything was fresh, the order was correct and the young man at the drive-thru window made sure I enough condiments, silverware and napkins. However, the drive-thru line & the parking lot was packed to capacity 🥴

Florida needs to get training from Georgia. Everytime I stop to a Zaxby's in Ga is fresh ,hot and delicious. In Florida it's a maybe your food is hot. Awesome job share your training with the Florida chain.🤣

As a former employee I’m quite disappointed. Since when is white bread on the menu? Also, I asked for my tenders tossed in a sauce not drowned, sloppy and less than ideal meal.
