I just read an article today about Llano being the friendliest town in Texas and I can see why! This was day two of me visiting here and the people really are friendly. This is a lovely barbecue place. Price was fair ($22 for a plate, piece of pie and 10% tip) and the moist brisket was amazing! I had the sausage as well, but it was a little dry and then I realized later that it was actually turkey sausage. It definitely has an acquired taste, but all in all, good food and good people here. I also loved that they asked customers where they were from. It's interesting to see who were regulars and where people were coming from to try their food.

Awesome food! Everything we ate was delicious. Lady at the counter was very polite and helpful and even got me a sample as I was between the jalapeño turkey sausage and regular. The homemade bread was fantastic. Nice and clean inside. Rarely am I totally satisfied with every aspect of something but this one takes the cake. Delicious food and not overpriced like their competition down the street. Will never eat at coopers again after trying this place!

This place has some great bbq at really good prices. The meat’s as well as the side dishes are top notch. The restaurant is family owned with a little help from some local employees. The atmosphere is outstanding. Very rustic and western. I always have a great experience there and I will always return for more.

Two things. Bread and Pork Tenderloin; both are amazing. Everything else was delicious, but those two stood out. We'll be back.

Best pork ribs you will find in Texas😁r Dry rub crafted perfection. You don't need sauce!!!! Mmm Get a quart of hand made, light cole slaw and you will not be disappointed!! Also, gluten free jalapeño bombers🙌Done!

This is some of the best BBQ around, the brisket, ribs, pork loin, and all the sides are fantastic; definitely try the brisket bombs! If you are looking for catering, don't look any further; Grant is fantastic to work with to plan an event (they catered both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception)!

1st time going. brisket was so dry and felt like cardboard. the only thing that was juicy was the soggy bread. at least they didn’t mess up the coleslaw
