I love this place! My husband and kids too!
EVERY time we have been here in the last 4 years we have an amazing time, but the last couple months there no inside dining or outside.
I would drop my star count for that but i cant. They have such delicious food and AMAZING staff.
I just want to know whhhyyyy???
I need to sit in my favorite livermore restaurant again! Lol
We haven't been able to eat there in months and it's so sad 😞 hope you guys open again so we can come back and enjoy ❤

Our family LOVES Strings! The pork shank Oso Buco is my go to but the eggplant parmesan is also excellent. My husband loves the seafood. Kids love pizza, pasta and calzones. You really can't go wrong! It was our favourite place to dine in as the service was phenomenal but for the time being it'll have to be our favourite takeout. We've also used them for catering which was excellent also.

Support local businesses! Wonderful food and service. Felt like a little escape to Italy. So many menu choices to satisfy a variety of appetites. Oh and the fresh bread appetizers! Don't forget about the chocolate brownie dessert! Wonderful wine list for a wide budget options, including many from the local Livermore wineries. Indoor and outdoor seating provides a great atmosphere. Reasonable priced so you can feed the whole family with smaller children plates. Awesome place!

STRINGS HAS AMAZING FOOD! They have, hands down, the BEST Chicken Parmensan you will ever have. I've tried for many years and still try to this day to find a better one.
So far, I still haven't been able to find a better one. You can get a FAMILY CHICKEN PARMESAN MEAL for 4 people, for under $45 and it will be the best you've ever had. It also comes with Soup/Salad, sliced bread rolls. Also they will give you shredded Parmesan cheese upon request.
They also have AMAZING Linguine and Clams (w/Red Sauce) if you prefer seafood over chicken.
You will LOVE both meals! You can thank me later. They both easily get 10/10 ratings!!! I GUARANTEE you will love them. Show some love to out local small businesses. They have been pretty slow compared to normal. Show them some love!!

My partner and I got the pork osso buco and the seafood stew: blew out expectations out of the water! The osso buco was fall-off-the-bone tender, and seasoned with a rich meat/tomato gravy and mushrooms and vegetables, on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes. The seafood stew was similarly flavorful. The meal comes with a choice of soup or salad, and garlic bread.

I liked this place prior to the pandemic - and I like them better at this point as they are curbside pickup. Thank you so much for continuing to provide amazing food offerings while keeping everyone's risk to a minimum. I know it has likely been hard on your staff with all the various changes in regulations (which is why we make it a point to tip heartily!). Excellent Food, On Time, and at a Reasonable Price. What's not to love? Kudos to the Team!

Nice clean and inviting restaurant. Server was very kind and friendly. Food has very good presentation. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the alfredo sauce is super thick and heavy. I think it needs to be about half of what it is. Marsala may be the best option in this case. Chicken and shrimp had good flavor and were cooked well.

This place was absolutely amazing! I had messaged about a reservation and git a very quick reply about how they do reservations and was told that after 3pm they don't offer reservations. Me and my boyfriend arrived at about 6pm and we were immediately welcomed and sat. Our server was a short female with brown hair, I wish I remembered her name so that I could give her a shout out it this review because she was so attentive. We were promptly given our soups and appetizers. I had the seafood bisque and it was very flavorful, I used the garlic bread that came with our meatballs to dip in the soup and it was delicious! Our Entrees arrived at the perfect time and was very delicious! My boyfriend loved the Chicken Parmesan and I really enjoyed the my pasta, I forgot the name but it had artichokes, chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. In the pasta it was very well balanced between the wine and cream creating a delectable mix of sweetness. We were very full and unable to finish our meals or order dessert but I look forward to our next date night when we can try something off their dessert menu! I highly recommend this establishment!

I had the shrimp scampi linguine, it was okay. I think the key to a good scampi is getting the zest of the wine and lemon without tasting overly acidic, and the butter and garlic should round things out. I think this dish could be improved. The service was good and there is no wait. I would come back and give it another shot.
