Great food for me. East Coast does not have Jack in the box so whenever I come to California that's what I get. Always quality food and clean restaurants.

Depending on the time you go in for drive thru you can either get your order right or it will be completely wrong. No fault to the restaurant but, things happen in the service industry.

This one and the Vasco one are always great. The N Livermore Avenue one could be better. This one all shifts nights daytime are great people.

Hoped for the girl scout Carmel brownie milkshake as advertised on the drive thru menu board. At the window was told they no longer offer it. OK. Board said limited time offer and the oreo shake was good. But please update your board...even if it means using some duct tape

90% of the time this place is spot on. However, I tend to mobile order and then if the shake machine is dead.....no shake and I have to wait for another visit and hope I remember to grab it then as the online ordering doesn't have a fix for that!

The two tacos are a go-to for us when we need a quick cheat snack. You get what you pay for, but they come out fast and taste pretty good for less than $1.50!

I would give this restaurant only 1 star (if that) if I were basing this review on only today's visit but they are generally very friendly, serve fresh food, and are pretty quick. However, today I went there to order items from the JitB app and the app said they are not accepting orders. So I went in to ask and they had no clue that this was the case and had no plan (or idea how) to fix it or offer the in-app deals. So I had to leave empty handed and drive across town to another JitB restaurant. Disappointing Sunday morning breakfast run...
