Very good place to eat! Its hard to remain objective when one really enjoyed something, but I will try to provide facts. In terms of food quality, the rice had good color, light flavor a tender texture, good temperature and a decent amount was served. In terms of service, the delivery timing was good and had no problems with the person who answered the phone.

Very poor customer service. I've never ever experienced being hung up on several times by the owner and yelled at because basically, she cheated us out of money I ordered $2 extra pepper steak in my combo dinner. They put six small pieces of pepper steak in the container when it was supposed to be 15. I can add. The lady screamed, yell and cursed because she didn't want to acknowledge that they had messed up the order. Smh. This will be my last order.

For people looking for quality chinese food for a small price, do not go to #1 china. This place has unacceptable customer service and in my opinion just not worth all that. Today i ordered food from #1 china and eventually they did come, i paid online with a family member's card but the family member did not live with me so i did not have the physical card. Anyway i paid before delivery and when the delivery man showed up, he asked for the card, i told him that i didnt have the card because it belonged to a family member that does not live with or near me, And he left with my food. When i called up there i tried to speak to this lady with the family member that helped me buy the food in a polite manner, she yelled at us in another language and hung up in our faces. I was angry but i decided to be the better human being and stayed calm. About 8 or 10 minutes later she calls back and she is speaking way too fast, almost too fast to understand exactly what she is saying, i told her i could not understand her and i would like a refund and she tells me: " if i want food, don't ever call here again" and i won't.

I will not be ordering from here again. I spend 20 dollars on food, and the fries on both plate wasn't edible. Money down the drain. The lsdy told me if I want it replaced, I had to bring it back myself. Drivers are too busy anyway. If I had a way, I would. Smh. Just got out if the hospital and have no transportation. Told me then the next time I order, I can get 2 free orders of fries. Next time?! What about now?! That's what it was for. And then she hangs the phone up in my face. It won't be a next time. I been ordering for years there. But not no more. 20 dollars for just wings. And still couldn't get full.
