Chili's

Update 3/16/22: order online curbside pickup. Me being patient and knowing establishments are short staffed I sat in my car waiting for about 10 mins after checking in and my food never comes out. Everyone exiting vehicle to get food. Don't offer a service if not staffed to accommodate. Ordered online to go which was pretty simple, after placing order there is a box that ask if you would like silver and napkins with your meal and I check the box. Once to my destination, no silverware. Had the chicken enchilada soup, it was not as good. They added the tortilla chips on top that became mushy and changed the texture of my soup. The burgers and other sides were pretty good, but stay away from the Minute Maid lemonade, taste like maybe the filter need to be changed. I will give them another try, I may just place my order in person so that I can give specifics.

I ordered curbside pick-up, the time frame advised 8:54 pm - 8:59 pm to pick-up order. It took me about 15 minutes to get there making my arrival and check in time 8:55 pm, I received notification my order would be out shortly. At 9:06 pm I called to see if the order was ready? and was told by the young lady who answered it was and she was just waiting for it to clear.🤔 Another 10 - 15 minutes later the food is walked out. I checked the bag and noticed the soup I ordered is certainly not a bowl but a half filled cup of soup. I asked the young lady and she begins to provide explanation "they didn't have anymore bowls and it's two scoops". I opened the cup to show her the half filled "cup of soup". She corrected it by bringing another full cup of soup with all the toppings. The entire order of food was cold. I will not return for several reasons: your excuse for shorting your customers can't be you don't have bowls as that's what was paid for so I'll give you a half full cup, pick-up your order within a time-frame to sit for 20 minutes or so and your serving cold food.

First let me start by saying the service was horrible….. after a long day of work I just wanted time to chill,drink have a good meal but the service messed up my whole vibe… the bartender was also no help with suggesting the most liked drink, she acted like my question was a insult or something…. This was my first and definitely my last time. That’s also a Long Island ice tea and a shot of henny. That was the worst Long Island I have ever had in my life…. Tasted like liquor and water…. This was so bad the food was also not tasty. I hate this happened because I always tip ten dollars or more but tonight I just couldn’t bring myself to pay for such horrible service. Real let down😔 the mashed potatoes were good tho❤️

I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger with loaded mashed potatoes through Door Dash. I've never had an issue with any orders from Chili's until now. My loaded mashed potatoes had a piece of a paper napkin mixed into it that unfortunately ended up in my mouth. Fortunately, I did not choke on it. I wish I could post the picture of it but I'll do that elsewhere. I ordered this on April 13, 2022 a little over an hour ago.

Hmmmm. The food was delicious and hot. The "Over Worked" waitress was amazing...GREAT attitude. She was the only waitress during a lunch rush. The wait to order and receive food was much too long but when I did get it, it was perfect. Tootles to my amazing - great attitude waitress who made my long wait seem like just seconds. Thank you for an awesome and amazing job.

I did an online order for beef nachos. This should be so simple.....apparently NOT. First off it's cold. My nachos are so gummy and greasy, hardly any meat, beans or jalapeños (I asked for extra). The pico, sour cream and guacamole are missing! Also missing is my bag of chips to go with this half full cup of salsa. I have ordered from this Chilli's twice before and its always a problem. Will definitely not go back and waste my time or money. When you call to complain and ask for a refund NO ONE answers the phone, you just sit on hold and keep pressing 1 until you finally hang up from frustration. The Chilli's by Webb Gin is so much better just to far from my home....obviously worth the drive though if you want your food made properly.

I ordered a burger an hour ago on 10/27/2021. Lord, I couldn't believe that I bit into the most horrific burger in my 40 plus years of life. I wouldn't feed a stray dog my burger - the pictures speak for it's self. To make matters worse, I called and was hung up on 4 times. The whole experience was gruesome to the point I will NEVER EVER go to another Chills in life.... I will tell all my friends how awful my experience was.
