Planet Smoothie

I've had several bad doordash experiences there but I figured I'd give them one more shot. However, that proved to be a mistake. I walked into this Planet Smoothie today inside the mall while two girls had a full-blown conversation while they continually told me they be with me in a minute after 5 minutes I finally left after unassigning the order I will not return to Planet Smoothie to pick up one more door. As long as he's lazy teenage girls are working there

I stop by any time I'm in the mall because I love their smoothies. My favorite is the dragon fruit fruit breeze. Well, today, I had to go to the mall, and when I was there, my wallet was taken. The two ladies pulled up the video feed and found who did it and helped me the whole way. They called security and one even walked me down. Although it may seem small, it isnt. That shows a great heart and I truly appreciate it. 💖

I had to rate this location to leave a response... Yesterday morning I received a Acai Bowl and it was great with excellent customer service, I even praised it online to others however today I come back and received that absolute opposite. Customer service wasn't there and I wasn't about to debate with someone fixing something I have to eat. She was going back in forth with me from the beginning even when I placed my order then I made modifications to my order that she didn't follow because she insisted on making it how she wanted it after I explain it to her. I wanted it the exact way I had it yesterday with the nice person.. I ended up going to Chick-Fil-A to get a fruit bowl. The not so friendly person name was Naytion!!
