Sandwich was hot and warm and yummy, coffee made yummy however lied to me when I brought up my order was wrong. Stating that my medium coffee is a large. I have been getting large iced coffee’s many times and my cup literally says medium iced coffee on it. Not okay.

McDonald's I deeply thank you and want to share my appreciation towards the offer of any size beverage for a $1.00 that you provide to your customers. I use this store to meet up with shady individuals from craigslist that want to purchase items from my vast selection of extravagant non-stolen goods. I make sure to always buy a beverage to avoid being accused of loitering. It's also very assuring knowing that there's cameras in the store which help with my protection as I was previously robbed over a decade ago at the McDonald's in Delano. Luckily the camera's got the license plate number on the low life criminals van and eventually police and private investigators made the arrest and I was paid restitution. So ha! I say Ha! You stole my 12" kicker comp subwoofers how ironic that the only thing that's going to be bumpin is your mcmuffin on another man's sausage!!

Ever since the update the customer service is bad. You have adult workers yelling and blaming the teens that are working constantly

Since this McDonald's switched owners, in my opinion it has drastically gone downhill.
Pete and Ros kept it clean, their food was made properly, as a past employee, with them being very particular with how things ran, made for a good fast food restaurant.
Today, is the 2nd time I've visited this week. Both visits, I ordered different sandwiches. Both times my sandwiches were made in a messy way. Today, I opened my Big Mac to push the lettuce back in and when I opened it, the meat patty was broken in half and missing a huge chunk.
Litchfield is limited in fast food. Decent fast food.
And now, that list is becoming very little.

It was great service. It was 2 min to closing and still got my food. Thank you do much. I didn't know they were closing 11pm. Love them fountain pop. Thank you again.

Actually trash they knew they were giving me a Dr Pepper with no syrup, slammed the window shut so I couldn’t ask. Should be closed.

The staff was friendly.
I don't appreciate not being able to get my own drinks or refill I had to wait until staff had time to refill my drink.
