We went through the drive thru this afternoon and the person in the grill took our order and was the only person with a headset on. By the time we reached the window the person at the window had no clue what was going on and had to ask the supervisor to come to the window thinking I had a question. We paid and then sat there waiting with zero communication. I pulled forward to see if our food was sitting on the counter waiting to be handed out and there it sat. I honked and it was only then that we were told that we were waiting on olés. No apologies were offered and the churro was stale from sitting in the bag. The service was slow and lacking for the fact that there was only us being served.
