The girls working there are really welcoming to their customers. Have friendly and attentive attitude. For me i had a special instruction for avoiding meat contact for which my server instructed in the kitchen to use a different knife to cut. And the pizza was piping hot to its perfection. Keep it up guys.

The new manager faith is doing a fabulous job turning this location around. I see friendly cashiers and the food seems to be fresher. I enjoyed my last visit and definitely will be returning in the very near future especially because my kids love Pizza Hut.

The girls working there are very welcoming and they take utmost care to get your order right. For me when i instructed to avoid meat contact, she made sure and further instructed in the kitchen to use another knife to cut my pizza. Pizza was made and baked to perfection. So tasty it was and yea on time delivery/carry out.

I'd been meaning to try this Pizza Hut for a few years, as I pass by it a couple of times a week while I'm driving. I decided to go in and place an order for a stuffed crust pie with sausage, which had always been my favorite Pizza Hut order when I was in high school.
The funereal greeting I received when I first arrived instantly reminded me that I should have placed my order online beforehand. The interior was small, but decent... certainly suitable enough for eating pizza. That said, I took mine to go.
The crust, while cheesy and doughy, is basically the edible version of the cardboard box it comes in. Constipation followed, as expected. At least Pizza Hut is consistent across its locations.
One thing that didn't factor into my rating of this location was the delivery. If history has taught me anything, it's to avoid ordering for delivery from Pizza Hut as I'd typically have to wait forever and a day to actually receive the food.
It'll probably be another couple of years before I go to Pizza Hut again, but believe it or not, I actually do look forward to that day.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Waited almost an hour for my pizza. While I was waiting, three seperate people came in claiming their order was wrong. I found this kind of amusing at first but as they fumbled to correct things it just got worse. One guy was so upset he wanted his money back but there was no manager on duty to do so. I soon realize I've been waiting for a long time and ask about my pizza. The girl behind the counter goes in the back to check but returns without an answer or status. She helps another customer, then grabs a pizza out of the "hot box" for pizza waiting to be picked up, walks away with it, comes back, and hands me my pizza. I check it out and it looks like a plain stuffed crust(what I ordered). I get home and discover my pizza is also wrong! Not only was it wrong, it was the old one dried out one sitting in the hot box. It had some kind of coating on the crust which I did not order. This is what I get for being amused at the other customers getting the wrong pizza, but more importantly, THIS I WHAT I GET FOR GOING TO FAIL PIZZA HUT.

Don't bother with these idiots at pizza hut. Save yourself the trouble now and order dominoes.
Waited 2 hours and no pizza. Called twice and was told the driver was in West Babylon with our food, we're right around the corner within walking distance why would you send the driver to West Babylon first? Pizza hut continued to tell us food would be here in 5 minutes, had to cancel order.
This is just plain stupid, if you're that busy as based on previous negative reviews I'm now seeing, why not hire more staff for weekends? In a way I'm happy I didn't end up with a cold nasty pizza.

This place is basically a take out place and even though there are a few chairs & tables it's not really intended as an eat in place. I work in the area so pre-order works very well using the Pizza Hut phone app since my order usually takes 15 minutes. The food is served hot because they make sure to keep it in a warmer until its time to be picked up.
The place is not easily seen from the road travelling at 55 MPH and you could become unaware of it until you are right on top of it, so you can easily drive pass it or make a sudden stop to swing into the driveway. I believe that a sign closer to the front or just before you get to the address could prepare you of this upcoming Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza online. Was told 45 minutes. 30 minutes later I called to check the status (to make sure it went through since I never ordered from them online before). I was told that the order was in and that it would be another 65 minutes. When I told the woman on the phone that the website said 35-45, she proceeded to tell me that I read it wrong because it should have updated an hour ago. I wouldn't have ordered it if it said more than 60 minutes. So I cancelled the order. When I called customer service, they were very helpful and told me my money would be refunded in a day or so. He also admitted that there's an issue with the online time being accurate.
