Love this place, so eccentric and unique and have never been to a restaurant quite like it. It's a nod to Lindenhurst's German heritage and it is family owned. Went on a Saturday night and the place was packed, yet we were still seated within 5 mins (and without reservations). There was live music, a man playing German music on an accordion which was super fun, a wooden wheel that had a fountain in the entry way, and decoration that reminds you of a small German town. Some may say the decor is a little corny, but we thought it made our night out more of an experience than just plain old "dinner". Pretzels they bring out instead of bread are AMAZING...warm, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside. The beer selection is amazing, as they make it in house. The decor is fun and makes the environment feel as though you're in a little German village. Waitresses wear German themed costumes which is a cute, funny touch.
The service was definitely slow, but seeing as it was busy and my boyfriend and I weren't in a rush, we didn't mind too much. Plus the waitress apologized to us numerous times. Also warning: portions are HUGE. We probably could've split one entree between the two of us. Pricing is reasonable.
Went there on a Saturday night with a reservation and still had to wait 15 minutes. Host keep telling us , "it's crazy tonight!". My friends and I were thinking ummm it's Saturday night that's a good thing! The service was very slow and unattentive. The food was very good, but waiting an hour for dinner was not. If we go again, I hope the owners read this and do something about the service.
Fantastic German Food in an authentic German atmosphere. Friendly waitstaff, huge portions.
Sat at the bar and had the Monday special- burger platter which comes with a beer for an additional 4.00. It was delicious and so was the Hofbrau dunkle beer. Great service and a comfortable welcoming vibe. It was open mic night and the musicians were awesome. Definitely going back soon.
Bavarian treat right where it counts ! Quality food. Excellent service warm welcoming atmosphere. I wish I could eat this well every day.
I keep coming back and recommending it to anyone who is a foodie like me.

Food is absolutely delicious but service stinks. Waitress hardly came around. Hostess actually came by to ask if our waitress came over yet. Guess she could see we were getting annoyed
Best wings and brats I ever had Love this place and will be back soon. Service and atmosphere is beyond any expectation ❤️
As always, great food, a nice selection of adult beverages and a good band. Vikki and the rest of the team helping were awesome. Highly recommended.

They do have the BEST Stuffed Cabbage!
The meat inside is melt in your mouth tender with Yummmy gravy topping and my favorite the cabbage!!!

This is an authentic German restaurant, the decor is amazing they have a three piece band walking around and I believe live bands possibly. Huge portions of fantastic food. Great beer selection. Service was a little slow but they were very busy.
The best Grrman restaurant I've been to in a long time. Food was amazing, maybe a bit pricey, but the quality and size of the portions make up for it. And everything tasted amazing. Awesome atmosphere, place was decorated beautifully. Service was prompt and polite. A true gem for German cuisine.
Small, extremely friendly restaurant and bar. German style food with nice size mugs of beer. Go for the happy hour to save a few bucks.
We had burgers last time that were a little more well done than our group liked, but still juicy. Definitely would go there again.
Always a great meal here. Madeline our waitress was great with our kids and super accommodating. The entertainment on Friday night 1/21 was super fun. The whole back room was laughing and engaging each other. I had the stuffed pork loin 🤌🏼😘 The ambiance is always on point.
