The Outback at Lindenhurst is excellent, if you know when to come there & who your waiter should be. We always go there at the opening, at 11 am. As soon as they open their front door, we come in. We always go on Saturday or Sunday & our waiter is always one person, Jimmy. He is the best waiter at Outback. He is a young guy, but knows the menu, recommends foods & most importantly, he has never screwed up our order. He brings us plenty of drinks, butter, bread, etc. We don't even have to ask, he just brings it. I would definitely recommend coming to Outback at their opening time, 11 am & asking for Jimmy to be your waiter. You will enjoy the quietness of the place & the food will be prepared & brought to you correctly. We go all the time, it's our favorite place in Lindenhurst & we have not been disappointed yet, as long as Jimmy is our waiter. Try it!!!
Great place to bring the family for great food and wonderful service. The owner is extremely generous and very involved in the Lindenhurst community.

Walked in around 4pm on a Saturday hoping to order something from their lunch menu, but that menu appears to only be available Monday through Friday.
Hector, our server, was pleasant and attentive. I ordered the spicy meatloaf and my companion ordered steak and shrimp. The meatloaf was served in two flat slabs with two different sauces slathered on top. I was a bit underwhelmed by the look of the meatloaf but the taste was good. The sauce was spicier than I anticipated but it wasn’t overpowering.
The mashed potatoes were quite creamy and didn’t have much texture. The mixed veggies were good although they could’ve been served with some sort of seasoning. I had to add salt and pepper to give them flavor.
The only hiccup was that my companion received coconut shrimp instead of the grilled shrimp, but Hector said that we could keep the coconut shrimp and they’d bring us the grilled shrimp. That basically resulted in a free appetizer, which was nice.
I like the atmosphere in this location. The booths are situated in an way where you feel a bit of isolation from other diners. The lighting is dim, but pleasant. The only negative was the horrible music being played.
I brought my dad and uncle out for lunch today and we are so beyond happy with how great the service and food was. It was a wonderful experience and Julia, our server made it perfect. She was pleasant and attentive. The service was fast and our food came out perfect. We will absolutely be back!

First I would like to take the time to say thank you for bringing my love back to Outback. From the moment we walked in the entire vibe was just there. Greeted with smiles and professionalism the entire time. Food was prepared exactly how I wanted and the Manager, I believe her name was Gina, came to our table and made sure we were all set. Definitely give her our thanks for being so professional and knowledgeable while at the same time keeping a smile on that made us feel relaxed. Thank you Outback Lindenhurst!
We had Alicia as our waitress. She was so sweet and fun to talk to. She did a great job and made our experience amazing! The manager Jill came over and made sure everything was perfect. Cant wait to come back to and have her as our waitress again!
Bob the host was a breath of fresh air! What a great person to greet you! Our server Lisa was wonderfully & attentive. We came because we found a coupon for a free blooming onion. Thanks for a great lunch!
I came in today for lunch with my husband and daughter and had a great welcome from the host, Bob. Ashley was our server and was absolutely phenomenal and on top of everything we needed. The manager, Jillian, also came by more than once to make sure we were happy and we had a great conversation. We will definitely be back!
I ordered curbside for years and never really had any issues. The food was always good and I never thought much of it. This time I ordered curb side and there was a small mistake in the order. The team was courteous and quick in correcting the error. Really great team there.
We both got drinks and steak for our meals. All the food came out very fast and our waiter Kira was always around in case we needed and she was very friendly/helpful. Had a great time after a real stressful day of work. Hope to come back again soon
Came here for dinner and Jill was absolutely amazing. Came over many times to check on us and even remember seeing us here for my birthday last month! She always makes it a point to stop by when we come in and say hello.
