Excellent and cheap Chinese!
Best Chinese in Lincoln. Although it was highly rated here, I expected to be disappointed with Ming's House. American-Chinese food is really bad in town and this is just a hole in the wall. But I was pleasantly surprised. Everything except the fried rice looked authentic and not the cookie cutter frozen items you get at Great Wall. The pan-fried dumplings and boneless spareribs were amazing. I couldn't stop eating the General Tso's Chicken or the Pork Lo Mein. But I had to otherwise I would have been sick. You know the saying about Chinese food and being hungry an hour later? Not the case with Ming's. I was full for hours. And I'm glad I ordered several things because I had enough for 3 meals which makes Ming's a bargain too. Will definately go back. Would have taken pics but it was so good and I ate it too fast. ;-)
Easily the best Mongolian pork in town. Unique and tasty crab Rangoon. Great portion size on dinner, enough for next days lunch. Had given up on Chinese in Lincoln, so happy to have found this place.
Good Chinese!. Let's face it, Lincoln has a lot of Chinese offerings. Ming's is a step above the sub-par offerings like the Great Wall and others.
Mustache Man. The best fried chicken wings ever!!!! Crab Rangoon a great compliment to any of there meals. Very gracious people.
Great Food for Take Home Only!!. I know its a little shop & yes the food is good but its so small & i always order the same thing basiclly & well....they definately need more employees & the ac cranked up lol, dont get me wrong i have tried most items & they have it going on there! And the prices are great but im in a busy family always a running so i like the items i order to be done when told to be done or atleast with in 10 mins of time stated & most importantly it to be the correct order.... So if those 2 things were fixed it would score a 100 with me! lol but if they got a bigger place i understand it would probably charge more so..... but anyways enjoy Ming's i know i will but only at Home!
Best Chinese. After purchasing takeout from a different restaurant for many years, I decided to try this restaurant since it was near my home. I have since become a very happy regular. The food is excellent and made perfectly to order. The staff is friendly and the preparation time is very quick. The prices are also very reasonable. For those of you folks who enjoy Chinese food, this is the place to go.
The food was okay tasting. I'd hate to think this is the best in Lincoln. You did get a lot for the money as the pictures show, but you don't receive anything other than the meat basically. The picture showed peppers and pineapple (things I would expect with sweet n sour), but you don't receive any of that. I was also disappointed with the drink selection. I would recommend take out and finish it at home with your own beverage and throw in some fresh veggies while you're at it.
Decent. I didn't love it. And, I didn't hate it. Very large portions and fairly inexpspensive. However, not small-child friendly... There aren't any highchairs or boosters. So, get take out if you have a little person. Also, there are almost no vegtables in anything... Even though the photos on the wall show lots.
The place is small and nit aesthetically pleasing at all. it may put some people off. but their Americanized Chinese food is one of the best in Lincoln. if not the best. their portion sizes are enormous for the amount you pay. the lunch special is only 5 dollars. the staff is kind and friendly and the whole restaurant looks clean. I love this place!
