Door dasher here! I’m a regular customer here and always get great food and have great service. But when I’m working, I have to go in to get orders. And it’s a completely different experience. The workers are very rude, especially one older woman there. The other day she was telling me I needed to confirm picking up the order and as I went to she tried to snatch my phone and do it. Not okey. I understand there might be other door dashers who don’t do it or understand or just plain rude, but it’s not okey to grab others stuff. Then the next day I went in it was a new employee at the counter. I had already confirmed the pickup as a watched them bag my order, and the same woman came running from the back to yell at me to confirm it on my phone. Definitely not okey.

Bathroom toilet seat falling off toilet, Otis also chipped and looks really old. Service was good but just way too much money for a 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meal.

So i never leave a negative review but this has happened far too many times. I order a DOUBLE Quarter Pounder. THAT MEANS THAT THERE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE 2 QUARTER POUND BURGERS IN THE SANDWHICH And I still get one. It's happened too Many times it's ridiculous already Double Means 2 it's elementary Math Learn to count.

Is it just me or did Mc Donald's change there frys ? They tasted different there not golden brown and they had hat have come to love and expect salt they had no salt. I understand that we all trying to eat healthy but let's face it if your at Mc Donald's you missed the healthy concept all together

Very rude customer service, had to swear because we didn't want an egg on our mcgriddle. Received an egg mcgriddle any that was burnt and dried out, Hash browns were hard and crispy..never coming back

The employees are rude, get orders wrong, shove the bags at you and rush you off. They can't add on if you forget to order an item, the line takes forever and more times than not even after waiting on the line they ask you to pull up to wait longer.

This is a McDonald’s right off Route 17. Easy to get a burger then get back on the highway. Liberty town must have seen better days a long time ago. Not much else to do here.
