Bad experience with delivery. Called at 6:10 with an expected it 7:19 based on web app. Got pizza at 7:55. Cold pizza and cold over cooked bread sticks. My wife called the manager and he was very nice and provide a credit. 3 stars because the manager response was good. Leaving review to encourage improvement and not to bash Pizza Hut. Hope they can get it better! Update: My wife used the credit with the next order and the pizza arrived in less than 30 min. It was smooth process in receiving the credit. Great Job Pizza Hut! Up to 4 stars!

As a member of the Lexington County 911 Emergency Communication team, I can say from my own personal experience that the team have been great! One of the regular delivery personnel, Trevor, has always been professional and kind during every interaction I've had with him. Thanks again for the top notch service!

My order was correct and delivered promptly, but my delivery driver also helped catch my kitten that escaped when I opened the door. 10/10 would recommend.
