Arrived at 8 pm on July 1 2022, apparently they weren’t open in dining room even though front door was unlocked. We were met with “ sorry we are only Doing the drive-through. “ door was locked abruptly behind us. For small businesses you should open your doors, drive through.ect might not be dead on a Friday night 🤷🏼♂️

Worse service ever! Food was good and hot but lady was rude when letting her know that the order was wrong. There was hair in the food. She looked at us like we were dumb and shut the door rudely in our face and went to correct the order. We'll try going to the other one across town. Always have a problem with this particular location.

After getting grey fish one too many times from other locations, I finally found this place and was so thrilled when everything came out hot, fresh and just like it used to prior to 10 years ago. I wish all locations followed this ones example. They are doing things right and it shows!

Associates are nice and patient,as us seniors decide. It was clean,foods always good. Pop machine area usually messy,wet floor was too. Busy place.

Im a 53 y/o an and will not wait in line with a bunch of cars looking stupid because they wont offer the courtesy of ordering with a little dignity.
Summary: Service terrible..slow and unaccomodating
Finally ordered at 859 pm after all ars were gone

Customer service is good, the drive-through area is kind of tight and narrow which is my only complaint. The food is OK, just a little pricey.

My food was fresh and hot but they take entirely to long to get you your food. It's not fast food, it's slow food! 🤷♀️

Went by for a meal, while I enjoy captain D's, until the dining room is open they will receive no more of our business.
