Wendy's

Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Took it back to the hotel, practically in the same parking lot. The bacon and onion straws were very greasy, cold and hard. Way over cooked almost as if they had been cooked twice. Cheese wasnt even melted. I calles and to notify of my complaint and was just told "sorry you didn't enjoy it." When I then asked to speak to a manager on duty was told they were busy and the girl hung up. Also ordered chili as the side. I asked for hot sauce and crackers. Neither was in the bag or a spoon to eat it with. I picked up my ordee thru the drive through that was ordered on the app. Very disappointed. The burger combo that was also ordered was ok, fries weren't very fresh tasting.

I did not expect to be wowed by my lunch from Wendy's, but I seriously just had the BEST fast food experience of my life. The food was incredible, which is impressive from a fast food place. Everything was clearly fresh and all pipping hot. I used a coupon by placing a mobile order on my phone, so it was also a great deal! Will definitely be returning (probably way too many times.)

This Wendy’s is not my favorite. The chili has a layer of grease on it. They didn’t put sour cream in with my sour cream and chive potato. The chicken sandwiches were terrible. Just overall a nasty meal. People leaving against the wall screwing around and the manager on duty didn’t seem to care about anything.
