The Copper Roux

Our experience with this venue, for our wedding , from start to finish has been a true blessing. Allison was so helpful in the planning. When our big day arrived the staff could not have been more wonderful. I didn’t have a single stressful moment due to how profession and caring the staff was. I would highly recommend Copper Roux for any event you would need. I know I will be them again!!! Oh and the best part you can’t beat the food. Thank you so much for making our big day perfect!!!!

I am new to the area and needed to find a place to have a baby shower for my daughter. I found the Copper Roux online. The venue rental is a bit high and it really wasn’t a big shower but I was having a hard time finding anywhere due to COVID plus not knowing the area. Shanna was amazing in helping me organize the shower. Everyone loved the venue and the food was amazing. We did a brunch menu which included an omelet bar. All the staff were amazing and took such good care of us. I would definitely recommend this venue for any party needs. Thank you Copper Roux!!

My husband and I searched high and low for a single space where we could have our wedding and reception without breaking the bank. When we found Copper Roux, it genuinely seemed too good to be true. All of the food we tasted leading up to the event was excellent, the space itself was beautiful, and Shanna and the staff could not have been more accommodating to all of our questions and requests leading up to the event. The menu was expansive and varied enough to satisfy a variety of palates; the degree of flexibility we had with our alcohol selection allowed us to budget for exactly the amount of beer and wine that our event needed. Copper Roux not only lived up to our expectations but surpassed them, and we started with pretty high hopes. Many of our guests complimented the space and the food both during and afterward. I’m generally pretty suspicious of glowingly positive reviews, and I don’t tend to write many that fit that description, but our wedding was perfect and that’s thanks in no small part to the hard work that the folks at Copper Roux put into it. We could not be more satisfied.

I had my wedding reception at Copper Roux in August. From meeting Shanna and her team, to corresponding throughout the planning process, and the event itself was easy! They offer the whole package for a super reasonable price (we were on a budget, and Shanna helped us find places to cut costs or do what we wanted but better!): delicious food and drinks, beautiful linens and dishes, and set up/clean up (that's what made me swoon!). The servers were friendly, the bartender was amazing, and they worked well with our other vendors. THANK YOU for making our reception look like an actual fairytale!!
