Ordered a ham Italian specifically asked for no onion no green pepper come home and it's loaded with it. I politely called and spoke to a male employee that said he is not allowed to give me a refund because I left with my sandwich with no complaints yet how am I supposed to know they out that on my food. I asked his name and his managers name and was told they don't have a manager and refuses to give me his name. Completely disgusted by this company and will never allow my money to go to it.

I've tried their sausage, egg, and cheese on a English muffin a couple of times. They don't even toast the English muffin. I thought the first time might have been in error, but tried another one today and it wasn't toasted. Try eating an English muffin that has not been toasted, not good. Come on Amatos, you can do better than that.

2 stars were given, only because I guess the expectations shouldn't be too high for a gas/convenience store food. Staff is always friendly and courteous, but I don't think I'll be eating there again. My best memory of an Italian was from Amato's on India St Portland; worst is now from Amato's here. Tough old bread and skimpy fillings...

Placed a order online..got my receipt gave to them they said wrong store you have to go to other one...went all the way across town to get my order they told me they didn't have my order and that i placed my order at the one across town...wow thanks...glad the one on sabattus st made my order and had it ready in 5 min..thanks sabattus st amatoes! Thanks lisbon st for wasting my time and lying to me..even though on my receipt is said lisbon street....

Waited 17 years to have Amato's stuffers ago. From Florida stationed in Brunswick 1998-2003. First place I went was here and it was the BEST!!!!!!!

Ordered a Classic Cold Cut Italian Sandwich with just meat and cheese. I repeated my order twice. When I get home and unwrap my sandwich, its loaded with vegetables.
