The reason I gave this restaurant a 3 star review is simply because the service will drastically vary from day to day depending on who’s working. One of the managers, the younger fella, is always incredibly helpful and friendly, and always gets food out hot. Unfortunately the other manager does not hold himself, his staff, or his respect for the customers up to the same gold standard. I frequently visit this location on my 15 minute lunch break, and most of the time I will do a mobile order to cut back on the wait time. So I click “I’m here” on the app before I leave work, to let them know to start preparing my food. When I show up, Manager #2 calls out to the kitchen to start preparing my order. When I asked why they don’t prep the food even though the customer has to hit an “I’m here” button to start the order, I was told that it’s because they want the food to go out hot every time. I asked if it would be possible next time I order if they would be able to prep my order when I hit “I’m here”, to which he replied no. I told him that it’s no big deal, and proceeded to eat lunch in my car. Lo and behold my chicken fries are cold and firmer than a rock. Guess that strategy doesn’t work to get the food out hot every time. Thanks for making me use 1/3rd of my break waiting for cold food.
Edit- I just wanted to add that on the days the first manager I mentioned is working, this place is 5 stars. I can’t stress enough how great the customer service is.

Was just served raw chicken from here this evening sadly ate most of the sandwich before the realization. Terrified for my health over the next few hours / day.

I went into this facility. I was very patient and polite. 1st thing while ordering, I was told they didn't have Coca-Cola, only Coke and Coke Products LMMFAO. I politely and humorously educated the young non American girl and finished my order. After I ordered, the cashier then began handing the food. My food. I received the food, got my drink from the Machine using the cup the cashier handed me and sat. I ate a fry and sipped my drink. I noticed at that moment my "new cup" was disgusting. It had crud all over it. I didn't eat my food. I stood at the counter for maybe 5 minutes. While I was standing there, I had enough time to witness 2 burger patties hit the raw dirty counter then went on the buns. I witness another girl drop ice into the disgusting ice trap a and put it back into the cup. Finally someone turned around. It was the manager. I explained my concerns and that I didn't want the food. I didn't even ask for a refund. I mentioned their floor too which obviously has days old food sitting around. When I walked out, an employee made a smart comment. I turned around and told them as a customer putting their food into my body, there's no excuse. They told me to leave. Ok, no problem. Meet my friends, the FDA. Should've been decent about it.

Fries were cold with that hint of raw starch to them.. take-out so I'm committed to a meal break on the go... "Sorry" doesn't satisfy my stomach or my wallet so please

Bun was old, ordered no mayo, got extra mayo, only to be discovered mile down the road. Typical, should have known better. You should only eat at restaurants where the owner is present.

If you order a plain sandwich they will literally scrape the condiments off of an already made sandwich and act like that’s okay.
