Had one of my best experiences from this location in a very long time. Usually staff is barely friendly and food is mediocre. Today everything was spot on. The order taker was friendly. When I got to the 1st window she had a smile on her face and a warm greeting for me. At the 2nd window the cashier was smiling and polite when she asked if I could pull forward to wait for my food. When she brought my food out I was greeted with another smile from the young lady. When I tasted my food it was all hot and fresh!!! Well done today Lenoir City BK!!!!

My all time favorite burger joint. Drive thru at this store is quick atleast the last few times being here. I lived in lenoir city for 20 yrs before finding the greatest place to live in Fairbanks Alaska. Cost of living is comparable especially with wages. Alaska has great paying jobs/careers. Like and follow me please, I am a wealth of knowledge from Upper east coast to the south and now in Fairbanks Alaska.

Management needs to be a little more hands on with the crews as apposed to yelling direction from a back office. It's called steam work for a reason

The first word that entered my mind was, Wow. Such fantastic food. Stellar service. The drive thru specialist was exceptionally polite. For a noteworthy meal, this particular Burger King is among the best.
