I walked into subway on Chipman Rd tonight. there was no one behind the counter but a young man and young woman sitting at a booth.
man: its going to be like 15 minutes. he's in the bathroom.
me: oh, ok. he's going to be in there for 15 minutes?
man: yeah, he's having major stomach problems.
me: oh... ok...
(after a minute of praying the bathroom guy didn't just make me food)
do you work here?
man: no
me: ok, its just my food I already payed for is just sitting back there on the counter.
man: yeah its not that I don't work here I'm just off shift.
man hands me my food

Literally freezing in here, the tempature was set at 58 degrees! One sandwich was a bit over sauced, the other was perfect! I feel bad for the employee that they have to work in those conditions.

Very slow service. Understaffed only one worker elder gentleman very very slow waited almost 25 minutes for a simple footling sandwich. Go to another subway location save yourself the headache.

Saw them turn away 7 customers while I was there...due to online orders taking precedence. Sandwich was good...but gal taking order could use some training in how to interact with the public.

Worst subway/service ever she basically just told I should go someplaceelse because online orders proceeded mine which is okay but don't tell your customer to go somewhere else because it's going to be a while

The 1 worker in duty was extremely nice and got our group of 15 in and out in a VERY short time all by herself. The store was clean and the food was prepared just right. Amazing job!
