I have to say on this particular visit, the customer service was the best that I've ever had. They fixed my food exactly like I needed it to be. It came out nice and fresh, and the service was on point. I look forward to hopefully having the same exact service I did before.

Didn't get my cream or sugar. No napkins in bag. 2.49 for on cinnamon roll. Spent $13 and was very disappointed. I would of called them but I was on the highway heading to Kansas when I found out I was missing my stuff

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my mom. The girl repeated our order back to us...CORRECTLY! Get home and instead my mom has a huge bacon cheeseburger. I ordered chicken tenders for myself. They were cooked almost beyond recognition. More breading than chicken. And of course what chicken there was, was tough. Only good thing were the fries and there's no way the amount I got was a large. Completely disappointed. If possible to give ZERO stars, I would.

I've had a really hard day and the customer service I received really and truly uplifted me. I appreciate the gentleman that was at the window and was so kind and patient with me. And the lady on the intercom was also extremely patient and kind. Thank you for the great experience!!!
