This is my local store. We enjoy it more than the two other choices locally. They are putting in a Whalbergers, so excited to try that soon.

I went to the customer service counter. The first woman completely ignored me to help somebody at check-out. OK. So another comes goes behind the counter and leaves with yet another woman yawning and chatting. I wait (longer). A gentleman comes and starts helping somebody else. The customer had to point out that I was first and hadn't been helped for me to finally get served. I have rarely meant such rudeness! The last time I had shopped here everybody was unusually pleasant. But this more than made-up for it, but not in a good way!

The Associates are willing yo help.When you're 6"2, according to the Wright chart and you are reaching for something on the top shelf.But you're really 5'.and an Associate comes IP behind you and asks if you need help! Its a wonderful feeling! And, it was truly " that helpful hand in every isle!"

Been shopping at this Hy-Vee for years and it's always been a great place to shop. I have family and friends who have worked here before as well , and always had a great experience. Also they have some pretty decent Nigiri sushi which is what I have pictured below.

Clean store with a wide variety of stuff! Good prices. Friendly checker girls Penny and Sheri are great! Meat dept is top notch. Pharmacy staff is also smart, knowledgeable, Hawkeye fans, and friendly. And there's a helpful smile in every aisle.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and had a good time bowling. Their Covid protocols were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. All we did was bowl and thought $50 for two people to bowl for an hour is a bit expensive but we still had fun.

Wonderful visit to the store today. The store looked great and lots of visible staff if assistance needed. The meat department employee that assisted me was great. (I didn't catch her name to compliment her.) Cindy checked me out at register and she was very friendly and got me checked out quickly.
