I ordered a Quarter pounder Deluxe meal and was instead served a raw hamburger with one pickle a couple of onions. Now feeling really sick. I called their number and can't get ahold of a manager. Horrible service & do diligence at this locations.

I went through drive thru ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, got home, took two bites and almost broke a tooth! I’m not sure how this got through or if there’s a way to even check but thank God my son didn’t eat it.

Food wasn't exactly hot and fries tasted old. Plus they asked us 3 times if we wanted BBQ sauce, yet when we got our bag there weren't napkins much less BBQ sauce. Not a horrible experience but not good either

I took my wife here on our 40th wedding anniversary, we couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was professional and attentive, the food was clearly purchased from a high quality vendor, and the chef was highly skilled. This is the type of service I expect when I'm spending 15 dollars.

Honestly hate to do em like this but I live close by and this mc Donald's is by far the worst one I've had in years. Orders are never right. Food is never hot and fresh. Staff is all younger kids that could care less if your experience is good or not. I'm a pretty lenient and understanding dude, but this particular location should be avoided at all costs.

This place needs to be shut down. It hasn’t changed and has gotten worse over time. Management is non existent and have waited in line thru drive thru for 1 hour and 46 minutes. With of course the lobby still remaining closed, this McDonald’s has been the worst in the county. After receiving the food after that long wait, I was hoping to receive a hot meals. Cold as ice. I’m telling you to avoid this location at all costs and it shows the McDonald’s corporation, doesn’t even care to work on this or get it up to par. When Culver’s hits, I’m hoping it will be better than this joke of a restaurant. 0/5 stars.

The person that helped me was Chloe I drive a tow truck And a lot of times I know due to a shortage of employees that your lobbies are closed especially early in the morning So I can't go through the drive thru because my truck is too tall Chloe was very understanding . When I walked up to the window she Greeted me politely Ask me Was there something wrong I explained my Situation And she took my orderAsked me to step out of the drive through for safety reasons and got me my breakfast order Thank you for not ignoring me as has happened at other restaurants That I have to walk up to the drive-thru window Due to my truck being too tall. I appreciate good service and I call it out when I see it thanks again

I came near closing but with plenty of time to spare. The car next to me took a little bit to order so I waited. By the time they finished with him the girl called over to our line that they were sorry but they were closed. I had heard her take the gentleman order who pulled up at the same exact time as me. This was unprofessional even for a McDonald's.
