Trish your amazing your customer service skills are on point you Literally brightened my day with your positive attitude while you were cashing me out you stated every sandwich you make is made with love and I totally believe you I hope you and your manager see this you made me a meatball sub on 6/02 at about 2:20ish you have no idea how you lifted me up today with your kindness and care I should of thanked you in person but thank you for being such an amazing human

My wife and I attend this subway at least once a week .I want to say this it a special place for us The staff is as perfect as they get . Very friendly and the manager is so great I just love her I hope all the subways can learn from this one . Please let her know how much we love her. 💘 I call her gismo lol .

I can not find the number to the franchise owner of this location or I would call!! But Chad & Chandler today at 11:30am is (who Chandler, was very new) were absolutely the greatest examples of phenomenal customer service that I've ever experienced!! We had 6 subs total.. spare of the moment decision. They were very polite & helpful. I and my partner had to call to get orders from a few ppl and they were very patient & understanding. Chandler was new and had to ask a few questions but will be a very huge asset to this company. Had a misunderstanding at check out but Chad fixed it right away and didn't bat an eye!! Walked in 15 minutes till 8 and we were promptly advised that they closed at 8pm in case we were going to try and stay to dine in. My wife said ok and again we were told "I am just saying in case you were going to try and stay to eat. Our intentions were to dine in but could take out without an issue. Personally I don't mind being told we are closing in a few minutes but at least start taking the order instead of trying to persuade us to not even bother.

I always enjoy eating at Subway. For the most part, the food is good, healthy, and fresh. I often eat Subway at home in AZ, on the road at Gas Stations while traveling across country, and now this particular Subway. Ordered tuna fish on flatbread, spinach, cucumber, onions, and tomatoes. My sandwich was good. Service was okay. My only "issue" (if this is even an issue at all) is that every Subway I ever ate in while living in Arizona and traveling across country, I received a 10% Veteran discount. Every Subway with exception to this one. So while I did not demand a Veteran discount like every other Subway provided, I kind of laughed thinking "You won't give a 10% Veteran discount for serving this nation, but you have a tip can at the register for serving your sandwiches." And not only do I normally tip for good service, I always tip the extra discount savings I do receive as a Veteran. Unfortunately, this Subway received neither. But thank you for the good flatbread sandwich. Minus one star because you are the only Subway I've ever encountered that does not give a 10% Veteran discount.
