First, let me say that it's not Mcdonald's fault. Now that that's out of the way, I'll begin. The drive-thru is often operated in a less than efficient manor. Most of the problems are the customers. Let's face it folks, you've been here hundreds of times before ordering the same thing, yet you can't figure out what to order when you get to the speaker. Then, you don't have your payment method ready, further delaying everybody in line behind you. Then you are playing with your phone thereby blocking the drive-thru completely.
It's the only in Lebanon so it's always (sometimes, most of the times) busy and slow. But I've always gotten good service there and the employees are nice. So no complaints.
When you order on the app and you have to wait in those parking spots. I don't like where they are located. If the drive thru line is backed up then you are stuck because there is no where to go. These spots should be on the other side of the building.
