My chicken pot pie had a huge piece of plastic in it and there were raw potato chunks in it. Raw potatoes have a toxin that is extremely dangerous to us all. I am not sure I want to eat here anymore...

KFC in Lebanon did not provide the meal I ordered, they ran out of white meat, they said I will have to wait at least 15 minutes or I van have all dark meat. I said all dark, and asked them to adjust the price since it cost less. However they did not adjust it correctly, half the sides were missing.

Went through drive thru on way home. Spent over $50 and when we got home found out they didn't give us our full meal. Called them explained to them they didn't give us the correct beyond chicken nuggets and they even forgot the 4 dipping sauces we requested. They said we could come back in and they would remake the whole order, but we don't live in Lebanon so we asked if they could take our name down and just make the nuggets next time we are in. They refused and gave a number to is to contact the owner. We have not gotten a reply back. So anyways I'm a bit upset ,but what we did get was extremely good. So check your bags and boxes before leaving the window.

We just order a mixed bucket of chicken when I get home it was all dark. Is that a huge deal, not really, the manager said we don't normally due this but bring it back tomorrow and we will repase it. Completely unexcepable

If you're paying 40 plus buck for 8 pieces of chicken and instant potatoes you should be able to make some sort of substitutions. Wanted 2 extra breast no wings and they respond we don't do substitutions. The girl was a bit rude about the entire thing. Oh well, goodbye Kentucky's flucked chicken

Customer service is not terrible. They complain a lot. Food is fresh.

As much as I like KFC food, the prices have risen so very much since "Covid-19" that I have been priced right out of being able to eat at KFC/ A&W, any longer...sadly.

The line in drive thru at the time i was there was 7 cars deep. Thats unexceptable. Window was kind but needed more help
