Subway

In the middle of placing our order the employee started making two of our sandwiches then suddenly turned around and walked away with no explanation. He returned a few moments later and we told him we had more to our order. He responded with "Oh, I have an online order to make." He then left us standing at the counter to go make the online order. We walked out. If Subway tells their employees that making online orders is more important than taking care of customers standing in their stores, we will no longer give them our business.

The shift that works Monday morning is horrible at making mobile orders. I asked for my sandwich to have double roast beef, cheddar cheese, and to be toasted to which it was not. This is the second time I have had such an issue with this particular shift at this store. I won't be ordering or coming by here on Mondays anymore.

Awful experience. My wife and eat at this Subway on 6650 Eastgate Blvd. Lebanon Tn. on a regular basis because it’s near our home. On June 13, 2019 at 7:00 PM. I ordered a wrap. The kid said they had no wraps. They were in the freezer and had not been taken out. They didn’t have at least 6 of the veggies out. Went into the back with handfulls of what we wanted. Ordered a large drink. Wanted tea. No tea. They had aready taken them into the back. The two kids came from the back when we walked in. Another girl from the back kept talking but never showed her face. It was onvioua they were more interested in the back instead of waiting on customers. Will be calling corporate and not go there for a long time if ever.
