Hardee's

Can never tell when they are open or closed! Windows are tinted. No cars when they are open and Lights on either way. I order double and get charged for a double and they give me a small single burger. Don’t give out napkins. Cars lined up behind me in drive thru. And there’s always a delay at the speaker. Just go to McDonald’s.

Have gone through this location twice in the hopes that is a one time mess up the first time. 👎 two strikes. First visit, I ordered a burger fries combo, upgraded to a shake. Got home with order and realized they didn’t put the fries in the bag. I tried calling them. The guy that answered the phone began yelling for Abby. He said he was super busy and I could tell he was overwhelmed. I told him no worries and hung up. Decided to visit again a few weeks later. Order burger fries combo with iced non sweet tea. Iced tea came with no ice. Fries were from the bottom of the drawer. Small bits and pieces. The burger was cold. Truly cold. Not sure I will go back.

I understand Hardee’s is a fast food restaurant and not gourmet cooking. I went through the drive in line ordered the two fish sandwiches for 699, order of onion rings, and a large Coke. After pain I had to pull ahead and wait for my‘s sandwich to get done, I understand. when they brought me my meal they forgot to give me my Coke and the onion rings and fish sandwich had a nasty aftertaste. I’m not sure if it was old grease I don’t know what it was it was extremely unpleasant. I will not go back to that Hardees again considering there’s other restaurants in that town

You cant make this stuff up. On 6/20/22 at 12:03 pm .. paid cash for a meal . Waited 20 min for the meal, not sure if they lost it or gave it to someone else.. went to the cashier and asked for my money back since hadn't received my meal . No one there could figure out how to refund the money I gave them.. so I left...unbelievable!

Don't go here!!!! They don't know how to put in an order and tell you to pull ahead. Don't even have the order started when it's an online order and then you go inside after waiting 15 minutes and find out they haven't even started it yet so you need to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to slowly make it and throw it together. Seriously don't order or deliver with doordash here.
