I have celiacs disease and it can be terrifying to go out to eat. The staff here were so careful and kind. They all washed their hands and changed gloves with a smile! You have no idea how much I appreciate that. Thank you for giving me a safe option to eat out!
Was in a bad mood today and just swung through the drive thru. The lady taking orders was super friendly, helpful, and the staff got my order out quick. She acted like she was genuinely happy to be at work. It changed my attitude and made me feel a little better about the day. Absolutely will come back!
Nice and clean, maybe the LARGEST Costa Vida I've been too. Plenty of room for a large group or family, also has a children's section separate from the dining.
By and large, I’ve had very good experiences here. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Just now, my man Luis helped me figure out the new app (never happened at any other restaurant), and was above and beyond helpful/friendly. Fantastic service.
I've only been here a few times, but every time I've gone it's been good. Yummy food, good service, nice clean atmosphere. What more could you ask for? Every time I come, I try to get something new. Today I tried the chicken burrito and the chips and queso. We split everything and it was so good! I'd definitely eat here again and again! *UPDATE* Just wanted to add that I recently had the "small sweet pork salad" and really enjoyed it! It's the perfect size and so yummy!
I got in line and placed my order only to realize once I got to the window I had left my wallet at home. They were so kind and still gave me the food 🤍
Valeria and joana were working their hardest to provide me with the best food and service tonight in the pickup area. Regardless of the chaos in the kitchen they still gave me my food with a smile!
Food is always fresh and delicious. We always do takeout after ordering online, and they are almost always timely and have everything ready to go when we arrive.
Very accommodating and friendly. They were sweet to my pups when we went through the drive-thru! Good food, too, of course.
Love the raspberry chipotle sauce with its smoky sweet heat that takes any of their entrees up a notch. Before trying the raspberry chicken I always got the sweet pork salad but now I have a tough time deciding which one to get! Also, the drive thru is the best. Always quick service!
