Fantastic running location for Texas Roadhouse, been here a number of times, each complemented with consistently solid customer service! Parking can sometimes be a little bit of a hassle, plan for it. Also call ahead at this location, to set aside a table, because otherwise you'll get accustomed to the long line real quick. The food speaks for itself though, steak has always been a go to, this time featuring a different entree 'the roadkill' with mashed potatoes which comes highly recommended. Yes, the rolls are always a must too.

Who doesn’t love Texas Roadhouse? This is my favorite place to go for a steak/date! It’s always crowded so there’s always a wait but the servers are fast and professional. Love the cowboy feel lol 🤠🥩🧅🥖
Our waitress Julie made us feel like we were at home and was very helpful and kind. Steak was phenomenal as always. Texas roadhouse is consistent.
Food is always great and same with the service. The steaks are always great tasting and a regular dish I get. The rolls are delicious as well so if you don't eat those, now is the time to start!!
Today was my girlfriend’s and I anniversary and our anniversary and our waitress Meg was amazing. She got us refills when we needed them and served us better than we have ever been served before. Words can’t explain how amazing she was to us.
We like Texas Roadhouse. Husband ordered a Smokehouse Burger for a change. The first problem he encountered was how to eat it, but he did, and liked all those toppings. The photo was taken after he'd smushed it down a bit. I ordered the Country Veg Plate, a choice of four sides, so there'll be no exciting photo of that. But the side salad was good and even better with blue cheese crumbles although they are an additional charge. The mashed potatoes are creamy, delicious comfort food. Very nice waitress who said I was the first person she'd had to order the vegetable plate, although it would probably be great for a vegetarian, and I didn't get to ask her how long she'd worked there. Usually we order a ribeye to share, with onions and mushrooms, and she said the steaks were most often ordered and we know why.
Super busy but we did check in online which helped with the wait. It only took 10 minutes once we got there to get seated. Our waiter Justin was great really attentive and fast. The food tasted great I only had a problem with how many steak fries I got as a side. Just seemed kind of lite for the price. Other then that, I loved the cactus blossom it is one of my favorite appetizers!
This location is phenomenal! We placed a to go order since I’m currently due any day with our second child. I was absolutely craving a cactus blossom and my husband managed to drop it, the staff made me a new one and even included some extra rolls. 10/10 for service! The country fried steak was also SO good!
Great food, great service, great prices. Seated quickly our server Megan F. Did an incredible job. Knew the menu made great recommendations friendly, always smiling. If you eat here I encourage you to ask for Megan F. Area if she is working. Next time I am in Layton will certainly come back.
