I've always enjoyed Bajio more than its more popular alternatives. Sadly, they're are very few left. This one is still tops and i enjoy their mango shrimp tacos. Pepsi is their drink menu which is good for Dr. Pepper, but no diet coke for the wife.
Oh my heck you have too go here. I thought it be nothing special but it was yummy. I got the customer favorite salad with shrimp. My husband got the shrimp burrito. The shrimp was cooked in honey butter.
I can't wait to go back.
I love Bajio and especially this location. They always have great, fresh, quality ingredients (including my favorite wheat tortillas,) and are happy to prepare my food exactly like I want it. They are fast and super friendly. The place is clean and nice. Definitely recommended!
This is an enjoyable place to get some fast Mexican food. All the standards are on the menu, and they offer daily specials, a military discount, and even a super special Monday through Wednesday. They work on a Chipotle assembly line style model, and the food is good. The vibe is laid back, the space is clean and the staff are friendly. Best of all, the desserts are delicious. Recommend if you're in the mood for Mexican.
We got recommended to go to Bajio Mexican Grill from a close friend. I had never been and was curious, and I was so happy we went! Gustavo greeted us right as we walked in, and was a very kind person. Selena checked us out and was very professional and a very bubbly person. I ordered the special for Tuesday which was a chicken quesadilla. I fell in love with the first bite! I really recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great tasting Mexican food!
I absolutely love Bajio's salads. I've been getting the lime chicken for years. The food is delicious. My only complaint is that the prices are a little high for what you get. You get the same amount of food as you would at Cafe Rio or Costa Vida, but its several dollars more expensive at Bajio, which is why I don't visit as often.
Definitely good Mexican food! My family comes here fairly often. I wouldn't recommending calling in an order though. I've had them messed up more than once. Just show up and take your food to-go. It's much simpler.
Bajio is seriously AMAZING! It is 10x better than Cafe Rio and Costa Vida, no comparison. I cant even eat at those places anymore. Plus, the Layton location is extremely clean. Definately one of my favorite restaurants.
This place is the best!! I'm here once a week. I get the same thing every time; lime chicken quesadilla, Mexican rice and chips and queso. Not only is the food fantastic (seriously, try the queso) but the employees remember me and my order. They ask how my kids are. I love everything about Bajios!
Really good food but does take a bit if there is a line. I usually don't get chicken or salads at places like this but the green chicken Chile salad is bomb! Great tortillas! And don't forget to get jalapeños on the salad!
