If google allowed partial or half stars(I really wish they did) I would rate this a 4.5, because that is what it really is. I have been going to Outback for over 25 years. It was 100% reliable for 20 or so of those years. Lately it feels like they are taking shortcuts. We have had several sub-par experiences the past couple years. Primarily with food quality. Now the service is still 5 stars. Last night we had a very overcooked baked potato and a ribeye that seem like Walmart meat. We politely told our waitress and the manager quickly and very politely replaced both. Both replacements were much better. The picture is the replacement steak; not up to previous standards, but still very good! I wish I would ha e gotten a pic of the bad steak. Anyway, 4 stars would be too low, due to the service, but unfortunately 2023 Outback is just not quite what it used to be.
Our waitress Vanessa was amazing last night. She was so attentive to us and the food was wonderful. The manager, Richard Cabading, visited us at our table and took care of a minor issue that we had personally. We had such a nice evening there!
Usually would give 4 stars from past experience. But waitress was fantastic. And food was good enough. Had ribeye, other patron had salmon.
The Outback Steakhouse soup and salad combo was a great lunch. We were seated immediately. The salad was fresh and crisp. The potato soup was very flavorful. Excellent service. Great food consistently. Highly recommend!
The service was so good. We came around 8:30 and were sat immediately. Service was prompt and the food came out very quickly. We were checked on regularly, my cup never hit the bottom which I always appreciate.
As for the food, it was nice and hot. Ribs fell off the bone, mashed potatoes were delicious and so was the mac n cheese. My husband loved the steak and shrimp pasta. The food is very heavy though so neither of us finished what we ordered.
It was a bit expensive but that's to be expected at this type of establishment.
Definitely would go back because it was an ideal experience
My husband and I went to Outback Steakhouse for Valentine's Day, there was a wait which was fine. We were quoted 55 mins but only waited a out 20. We were seated fairly close to the couple next to us, so close that we could reach out and take a bite of their food 😂. Our waitress was amazing and was very prompt and checked on us often. The food was delicious, steak was cooked perfectly and the sides were fresh and we could tell the meal was made to order. We ordered the Valentine's special, salads, shimp, streak two sides (he got Mac and cheese I got steamed broccoli) and a dessert to share. We will definitely be back!
To be honest I’ve had better. I used to work at out back like 20 years ago. Always loved it.
Alive springs chicken is way good, but there were a few little things.
The drink situation; drink refills can make or break a dining experience. The fries were few and the ketchup and honey mustard come in little cups rather than on the table. I feel like I’m making a big deal if I need more ketchup and more honey mustard and a refill and my wife needs a refill…
What a wonderful dinner ! The staff was very attentive. Our waitress was right on top of things! The food was delicious wonderful portion sizes and my husbands steak was actually cooked exactly how he asked them to prepare it! Definitely will be back!
Tasty food right off the grill. The Bloomin' Onion is a perennial favorite, but if onions don't do it for you then I suggest trying the Bloomin' Shrimp instead. Same breading and seasoning but with shrimp! Steak, pasta, pork chops, chicken, whatever you choose is sure to please.
Our waitress was amazing her service was great very comfortable and respectful. Fried shrimp was lovely and the clam chowder was delightful it's my favorite soup and they nailed it. 10 out of 10 I'd come again. -Jadian Corrigan
