I am a regular Dunkin goer, I am so sick to my stomach and disappointed that they would serve something with mold on it! I already get so upset when a worker hands me my coffee with their hands over the lid where my mouth will go for my coffee. Won’t be back!!

Came here this morning before visiting family, the crew was so kind and the service was amazing. I always feel guilty ordering a lot but the workers were so sweet and understanding. Will visit again next time I’m in town, granted with less to order!

I have no tolerance for wrong orders. Especially not when it's made online and they have an hour to put it together. How hard is it to read and place the items in the box accordingly? You could say, maybe they were out of the particular donuts I ordered... Maybe. But in that case, don't you think you should ask me what I'd rather have instead?

I try to be really lenient, i know most of the staff is probably teens with their first job, but its disheartening to frequently have items missing from your order. Which has happened to me three times at least. I ordered around 11:36 and didnt pick up till about 11:58 and all that they gave me was the drink and muffin, nothing else. I would like to think maybe they were just out of stock on some things, but its hard to say. Why would they put the order on the pick up counter if its barely complete?

We were pulled up for our $23 order. We assumed our food would be hot and fresh. All of it was cold, here is the bacon with cold grease all over it. Tried to call the store straight to voicemail

This dunkin is FAST and I haven’t had any issues with orders. Also, they put the perfect amount of ice in their drinks, where I actually get to sip for a while rather than one or two sips and done.

Can't go wrong with Dunkin. We were traveling through town. Greeted with a friendly staff and they fairly quick getting the order to us. Establishment was neat, clean and orderly.

Terrible customer service! Very inconsistent my Carmel macchiato never taste the same. I was handed a over flowing sticky cup at the drive thru window. This has happened so many times I will no longer be a customer there. Guess I'll start going back to star bucks.
