Slowest drive through I’ve ever been, the line hasn’t moved for the past fifteen minutes. Rude employees and poor management. Would rather drive further to another McDonald’s, please just take this one down for everybody’s sake.

To the manager (big Dominican girl with badly dyed hair who think she owns the place) not every person with green eyes is white. So before you start yapping about a customer who politely pulled the worker who made the shakes with blonde/white hair in them aside to let him know and to have the shake remade, use the brain in your skull and ask yourself, does a green eyed person= blonde/white haired person. She literally told me that because I have green eyes I am blonde. I have dark brown hair. I’m a born and bred Taino. Married to a Dominican. Berto though! As the rude manager tried telling me “You listen here”, Berto the manager stepped in, asked me what was wrong, I told him, he quickly and politely told me no worries, he apologized on behalf of his coworkers, and remade the shake and even gave me a pie. I’m not looking for anything free, but he is rightfully a manager. He should be retraining that other poor excuse of a manger who shouldn’t even be a manger. I felt as though I was in the twilight zone. She chose to talk about me in a language she thought I don’t know while giggling, instead of fixing the issue. Thank you Berto for saving the day!!!

I can understand many of these comments, as I was among the incredibly displeased customers at this location. I even went as far as contacting corporate. I live close by and after really seeing the issues (I had worked at one of the Tewksbury locations as a youth for many years) I realized these issues are not a result of a poorly motivated staff. They are wildly understaffed with a turnover rate so high that it would make any well-managed business seem like they were amateurs. But the fact remains, the core staff members that have been there a while are all incredibly skilled and conscientious about serving their customers to the best of their ability. Those with alternate opinions will respond to this like they respond to all things but this fact is true. The issues, such as closing early, app problems, wrong orders, messiness are all things that every customer has a right to want in their food establishment, but as someone who visits there every day for a coffee and every few days for a snack, I can tell you that 95% of that is a direct result of the aforementioned blights - understaffed and high turnover - that are affecting EVERY business in the country. And, as far as the turnover rate, I mean, look at the tone of some these comments here. Would you want to start your first job as a teen only come face to face with this kind of anger? Again, I'm not saying customers don't have a right to feel frustrated (However, the way they behave in regard to those feelings is another matter all together) I would just ask people to have a little patience with these workers. Nurses and doctors are being praised as the real heros of America but fast food workers, who probably have a rate of covid infection not far from health care workers, get no respect whatsoever. That, I will say, is unfortunate, especially as many Americans' biggest issue right now is a worn out Netflix que.

Poor customer service Old and dried chicken nuggets. order was not right. miss a med frie. people playing around the dining area. lollipop in they mouth trying to talk to me... there was one man in the window running back and forth doing his job every one else not doing anything waited 20 minutes . not a good experience!!
