Dunkin'

One of the worst dunkins I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. They messed up my order 2 times in a row. I had been waiting for 20 minutes, so i said i don’t want anything, just give me back my refund. At this point this burly man who was working there starting showing me an attitude, and it was clear that he didn’t wanna give me a refund, even though they were the ones who messed up my order. After arguing and making me wait for an eternity they finally agreed to give me a refund. However, i found out a couple days later that they charged me an additional order in the process of giving me a “refund” which im now disputing with my bank. So all in all, one of the worst dunkins I’ve ever visited. Highly rude and incompetent people working there who would scam you ,waste your time ,and ruin your day. I would never visit this branch again thats for sure.

This was my go to location for quite some time. The manager “ChiChi” is wonderful. He greets all of his customers with a smile and keeps his employees in good working order, but when he’s not around??? That’s another story! There is one younger employee whom works the morning shift, she’s been there for a while now and she’s VERY rude!! I would visit this location every single day, around the same time and always place the same order. During one visit this particular employee says to me in a nice way “have you heard of the order on the go app” and I let her know that I didn’t want to use the app. The next day I return as I did every single morning, place my order and she then rudely says “why don’t you use the app”....I let her know that I didn’t want to, I like to order in person as I am ordering hot coffee and don’t want it to get cold. She then gives me attitude in the way she hands me my order. Anyways, I let that go because she is after all a bit immature. I decided I would go elsewhere for a while and didn’t return for some time. Months go by and I return, I place my usual order and when I am finished ordering this very same young lady says to me “is that all?” ....now I’m expecting to hear my total and drive up but instead she says “Ok, but you have to come inside and get your order because it’s going to take a few minutes”....I then said ok, cancel that order please and she says with attitude “you’re not going to come in?”...I said no, and drove away. Long story short, That employee cost the loss of my business and I’m sure I’m not the only person who has chosen to take business elsewhere. She doesn’t know why a person doesn’t come in to order, but I will say some people drive-thru due to disabilities, and when a location does not have power doors it makes it all the more difficult for someone in a wheelchair. I will never return to this location again.
