I’m a long-time Chipotle fan. I ate my first burrito from Chipotle in 2001 and have eaten there nearly weekly since then. I still love the food, but I’ve had enough of them skimping on the meat while continuing to raise prices. The attached picture is my chicken burrito bowl with all of the chicken picked out and sitting in the foil lid. This was an online order, which was also supposed to include cheese. There was no cheese in my bowl. I’ve given this a chance several times but I’ve had it. Why can’t they get the online orders correct? Why can’t I get the same amount of meat that I get when I go through the line? I’ve had it. Fix it, Chipotle. You’re losing customers.
Update: Three months later I decided to give this Chipotle another chance. Instead of ordering online and picking up I went inside and went through the line. The burrito I got was really good. Plenty of meat, good flavor, and very fresh. I still am gun-shy about ordering online because I think there's something to be said for the customer watching the meal being constructed. I think it makes the worker think twice about how they make it, as opposed to rushing through an online order with no one watching. I'll give it a shot at some point.

Polite staff, enough seating and clean place but super, incredible disappointed. Last time we ate there, it was delicious, great flavors. This time, well, didn't taste the usual, actually taste like cardboard. So sad. I had a bowl with shredded meat and else. Please don't sell because you must. Love what you cook.
And... one idea, why you please don't have onions separate? Not everybody like onions...

Portions are super small here, and don't ask for 'double meat' or they will charge you for triple meat. Chipotle is my favorite food but this is the WORST location I've ever visited. This is a definite skip, there are too many other great food options in the area that actually give you what you pay for.

Staff was extremely rude asking us to leave when we arrived without masks. I do not live in this city and although I'd eaten at other establishments in the City, no mask was required. The Staff did not offer a mask and stated "you have to wear a mask to eat here". Other patrons were not eating with their masks. We felt the Staff was hostile and rude so we left the establishment. Note: patrons were not spaced or wearing masks at the table and there is no eating area that allows a 6 foot gap.

The stupidity of the staff here is ridiculous. "You need a mask to order food" as people are at there table walking to the drink dispenser maskless. Disrespectful staff, maybe you should train your monkeys to do better.

Although I do prefer the Chipotle on 6th Street in Lawrence the best just because of its parking lot, this Chipotle is convenient because it's on 23rd. It's not as hard to access as the Massachusettes downtown branch yet it is kind of annoying to battle the traffic to pull in and to pull out there as well as the parking lot is kind of tiny. And there's not much seating area inside, can feel crammed but it's conveniently located on 23rd so it's all right.
