I usually like ordering from here because they are fast and always nice but today I was a little frustrated. I was trying to order lunch for me and my friend and I could definitely tell this guy was new. And that’s ok. I remember being new and nervous when I started my job. While ordering that was a breeze but the second it came to giving him my card over the phone so I could pay that’s where it got frustrating. He messed up the first time and that’s ok that’s understandable but the next five times trying to give him the first four numbers that was annoying. He kept saying the wrong numbers over and over no matter how many times I repeated it and no matter how slow I went. He just wouldn’t listen. Since I was frustrated and know how it was to work food service I hung up so I wouldn’t be rude.

The service here was nice . I received help from a kind young lady along side the guy at the register helping explain the menu . However received both sandwiches I ordered with hard bread . Too hard to eat . The Turkey on my sandwich looked old . Whole sandwich was falling apart & way to oily, completely un enjoyable . I am writing a review as feed back hoping jimmy johns might fix this issue .

The only good thing I can say about this place is the girl behind the counter was friendly and the meat was fresh. While making the sandwich they pressed the bread so much it was flat and the bread was so hard I was afraid to take a bite for fear of breaking a crown. First and last time I will ever go there.

Placed an order and they took it to a different house across town and the other house called us saying they had our order so we checked our address on the order and the store messed up because we put the right address then we called them and they said they would send it out and we have been waiting over an hour we called them again and they said they were on their way and it's been 30 minutes already

I used to have nothing but good things to say about them. Simple food , straight forward & fast. Not so for my last three orders. A few orders ago I felt like the sandwich they delivered was a prank. It was basically 2 cups of peppers drenched in vinaigrette... Tonight I've been waiting FIFTY MINUETS for a sandwich, the store is .6 miles from my place. I wanted to order from other places but had limited time to eat dinner. Ordered their food so I could eat "freaky" fast.... mistake. The drivers are always nice, the store friendly enough when I call but come on! One sandwich = one hour!?!?
