Ordered through doordash & am not only missing a bag of chips but I ordered the Italian BMT & got this… how PATHETIC & DISGUSTING! All I can taste is the mustard!!! This person obviously didn’t care at all! I will NEVER order from this place again!!!

I use to prefer this store until today. Rude customer service. Staffed wanted to argue with me on stupid stuff. The concept of [No, I don’t want my veggies toasted, put them on after] seemed to break their brains. Staff needs to be re-trained.

I went into the Nieder Rd. Subway on 7/12/2020 and wish I had not. The employee by name of Khalil was very rude and saying mean nasty things to me. I have been in this location several times before and have found it to be very friendly except that day. As long as he is working there I probably won't be going in there again. It was only this day and this does not reflect how the other employees are. The manager is very nice and the other employees are nice also. But I have a lot of health concerns and stress makes my situation even worse. So I will opt out of putting myself in the situation again.

This place isn't perfect but!! Employees have been around for several year as a whole. You'll get more experience here! Balance between what is wanted and needed and customer care and knowledge of every thing from what I can tell wow! I've been let down I've also had exceeding customer service .
