The Big Biscuit

We've only had excellent service and quality of food at this place so I would highly recommend it. Apparently, we are not the only ones to have a good experience, which means we had a bit of a wait for a table, but a tolerable amount of time and I was able to check in ahead of time online. My only critique would be the seat cushion vinyl splitting on its surface but that didn't affect my experience much if I stuck with ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Upon entering this location, the staff did not greet us because they were too busy flirting with each other. When we received our food a question was asked about the egg being on the hamburger. We were told that the menu had changed. When asked if the menu stated there was an egg, the waitress took on an attitude. We got no service from then on and she was very rude. She put all the tabs on the table in a pile and walked off. It took over 10 min for her to come back to take our money. Our change was laid on the end of the table instead of given to us. This was a first time experience for some of our party at a big biscuit. While the food was good, the service will cause us to think twice about returning.
