Don’t bother. They prioritize online orders over walk ins. Took them 20 minutes to finally get me a meatball sub. It’s literally five meatballs and two pieces of cheese on bread. Shouldn’t take more than a few seconds to make. They started telling people who walked in behind me that it would be a 20 minute wait and most turned around and left. Which I would have left too. Having said that, my sandwich was good. Just a ridiculous business practice to turn away walk in customers in favor of online orders.

very filthy and gross in here, smells weird and there are like 3 people working and they’re just sitting around and walking around. been waiting too long for a sandwich. the floors are disgusting and crummy and the tables are sticky and gross. the bathroom was also gross. looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in 3 years and the windows look disgusting. i am one of 2 customers in here and it shouldn’t have taken that long for 2 of the same sandwiches to be done. over all the place is quite disgusting. the sandwich was very good but first time the bread has ever been cold and stale.

The food was good and the service by one young man was great as he was helpful; however, the restaurant is filthy. It looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in days or maybe longer. There were five different men working and three of them were on their phones or playing outside, and the other two just walking around or sitting. Filthy floors, table tops need cleaned, and the drink station was a MESS. A bag of straws, bags of drink cup lids, and the bins looked dirty, too. I won't be going to this particular site anymore.

Young man taking order was very short and rude, acted like we were disturbing him. 6 people on duty at 3pm and not a single clean table, floor was filthy and they were just standing around. Food was good but cleanliness is important!

This place is really filthy. In the past I have enjoyed their sandwiches, but tonight was incredibly awful. The tables were covered in crumbs and sticky, the soda area was disgusting, they were out of ice and we’re out of half the sodas in the fountain. The staff was less than helpful and for as many staff members that were behind the line working, I cannot believe how long the wait was for a sandwich and soup. They forgot to give us the soup, then when we asked, they said they were out but they were making some and it would be a few more minutes unless we wanted to substitute it with something else. My sandwich had very little meat, and my partner’s sandwich was soggy to the point it was stuck to the bottom of the container. Both sandwiches were completely inedible. The soup we ordered — that they supposedly just made — was cold. All I can say is if the place is this gross on the customer side, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I hope they figure out the problem soon. Not at all worth the $30 spent.

Within the last three months there have been lots of bad reviews at this location. Here's mine:
Ordered my meal about 30 mintes ahead of time. Arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food 45 minutes later. No one working acknowledged I was there, all three employees were deep in conversation about something inappropriate. 10 minutes later I hear my name only to learn from an employee that they were out of my type of meat? Employee offers a refund or different food. I opt for the refund and I'm informed that none of the employees working knows how to issue a refund? Not their fault but completely on management. So one employee calls the manager to ask how to issue a refund because they ran out of meat only to have the manager inform where the meat was. Seriously? Horrible management. Your people don't greet customers, don't know how to issue a refund or know where the food they make actually is in the store? Employee apologized and said the food would be ready in 8 minutes... 20 minutes later my food is ready... after several other orders were made? To top it off the food was cold! Ha! Insult to injury whomever cut the sandwich cut it into completely ridiculous portions, one was 90% to 10%. I know I probably sound like a crazy person but I let all of this slide. Don't think I'll be back for awhile. Stinks because I have a bunch of points saved up.

Place is a joke. 3 people working. 25 min wait for a cheese steak that never got made. When asking for a refund they didn't even give me all my money back because they said they didn't know how to. I paid in cash. There were only 2 orders ahead of me. What happened to good service and quality food. They had cooked the meat this morning and were going to serve it to me at 2:00pm. Funny how this was going to be a fresh sandwich?

I have been to many firehouse subs locations and they were really good. This was not very good. The meatball sandwich wasn't very good at all. Also this location was fairly dirty and just seemed like the employees just didn't want to be there.
