235 Life Cafe

I’ve been a member of Life Fitness for the past 20 years. Unfortunately in November 2019 I had surgery and then the pandemic came. I read joined the gym April 2021. I called the gym to find out what I can do the current manager not only was a manager but he was a sales person and Trainer as well he told me to come in and he would assist me. He was extremely Knowledgeable and caring about my personal issues. He advise me on how to take a package he was extremely helpful by telling me I should start with half hours. He also helped me with my husband who never wanted to take personal training and he got him to go in six times which is wonderful because she was doing things incorrectly and that same manager trained him. When I return to the gymEverybody from the front Dess to the trainers were extremely helpful and made me feel like I was back with my family. Joined Life Clubs because unlike other gyms in the area, the management knows every member and treats all like family. The front desk staff always great you by name and a smile. The GM gave me a tour of the facilities and really took an interest in my workout goals. He is always around and members have access to him. This is an excellent place overall. The gym is well kept, is clean and there are plenty of fitness machines so that users do not have to wait on line. The staff are all professionals and well trained. The steam room, clean showers, TV monitors, sofas and confortable chairs throughout the gym make this place truly unique. There is also valet parking and a healthy snack and natural juice restaurant. Great place to work out! Highly recommended!!!

Never considered myself a "Gym Person". Always joined gyms and never went after a couple of months. Not so when I joined Life. This club is so warm and friendly with classes that really get me the results. I take training 2x a week with Jesse and have lost over 20lbs in the process. I wish they were open later on Sunday, and had more Warrior Workout classes with Frank, but other then that I am one happy camper! This club ROCKS!

Great club experience! It seems to be consistently getting better and better over the years. Parking may seem crowded during peak times, but there are plenty of spots in the rear of their lot. I used to be intimidated of clubs before, but quickly realized that this place have a diverse clientele. Friendly staff greets you, and check-in is fast, so you can quickly get to your work out. Locker rooms are impeccably clean. The owners are always reinvesting into the facilities. There have been renovations, and new fitness equipment added recently. My wife signed up last year, and received two sessions with a trainer, and a consultation with their Nutritionist. I even got a free month for referring her! Now we take full advantage of the services. I started to treat myself to a massage every other week, and the massage therapist is amazing. They added a variety of new classes, so my wife is happy- I even decided to start taking classes myself. It allows my wife and I to do something together. There is free child care for my youngest. My teenage son enjoys playing sports here like racquetball, basketball, and soccer. Sometimes we have lunch at the cafe.This is really a full service club, and we spend quality family time here. I definitely recommend anyone to come.

Life Clubs is part of the structure of my week. Daily classes as well as equipment set a high standard of activity for me. I've done spinning, weights, trampoline, kickboxing, ball, and step. The staff is supportive and friendly. They've all adapted the program to my needs with knowledge and respect. . Thank you!

Joined this gym because it was the best in the neighborhood. I take classes and Life has the largest selection. Michelle's Definitions class with weights is my fav and the cafe is awesome for my after workout smoothie. I wish they had a pool and were opened later on Sunday's. People are friendly and space is huge with plenty of room and options. Would definitely recommend!
